TRX Exercises

TRX straps are awesome because not only can you build strength, power and improve mobility, but you can also take them anywhere. They are lightweight and can be thrown in the car if you need a change of scenery during your workout or packed easily in a suitcase and taken on vacation with you for a convenient hotel room workout. Strap them to anything; doors, posts, bars or to a tree like Michelle does in this primal movement and fitness video. 

The Workout

Single Arm Row: 10 on each arm, 3 sets

Pistol: 10 reps on each side, 3 sets

Push-up Variation: 10 reps, 3 sets
