There are a “whole” lot of 30 Day, paleo reset programs out there. You might have heard of some of them. But, when you get down to the nitty gritty, they are generally based off very similar ideas.
We sometimes need to reset our bodies.
The thought behind all of them is basically this: We sometimes need to reset our bodies so we can figure out our relationship with the food we eat. The issues could be emotional eating, inflammatory/toxic foods that are causing health problems, or simply bad habits. To get to the root of the problem, we have to cut out the potentially problematic foods for a certain amount of time. Then once we introduce them, we can see how our body, mind, and emotions react.
