If you’re a “Paleo” chances are that you have a small obsession with avocados and an even larger obsession for when those amazing fruit are turned into guacamole. We share your love of guac! That’s why we’re sharing our top-secret guacamole recipe with you and giving you five amazing ways to enjoy your already delicious guacamole.
Paleo on the Go Guacamole
- 2 ripe Haas avocados
- 3 tbsp. coconut cream
- 3 tbsp. small diced tomatoes
- 6 tbsp. small diced red onions
- 3 tbsp. small diced jalapeños
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. of sea salt
- Combine ingredients for delicious guacamole.

1. Stuffed Guacamole Bacon Basket
Our first delicious guac suggestion pairs two of our favorites, guacamole and bacon! We use our favorite brand of sugar-free bacon PEDERSON’S NATURAL FARMS
to make baskets that will house the perfect scoop of guacamole.
Take six strips of bacon, cut and weave them over a muffin tin. Bake until crispy. Fill with delicious guacamole.
2. Guacamole Stacked Chicken Burgers
Ground grain-free chicken, bacon and guacamole make this burger a tasty treat. Make large patties for dinner or serve mini sliders (minus the bun) for a bar-b-que or event!
Grind up bits of bacon. Mix the bacon into the ground chicken. Bake at 400 degrees. Add any fixings to dress your burger up (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.) Add a scoop of delicious guacamole to the top of the burger and enjoy.
3. Paleo Huevos Rancheros
Who says guacamole shouldn’t be included in a breakfast entree? Use your delicious guac as a topper for 2 fried eggs, sweet potatoes and pico de gallo. Top it with our delicious STRAIGHT FROM THE FARM CHEDDAR CHEESE
for additional flavor.
Fry up two eggs and some ground pork. Chop and fry squares of sweet potato. Plate the pork, sweet potato and fried eggs with guacamole and pico de gallo. Or to make it easier, add two fried eggs to our delicious SWEET POTATO HASH WITH BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
4. Roasted Portabella filled Guacamole Cups
The combination of herbs and mushroom make this guac choice a hit! Plus, it’s vegan approved.
Clean your portabella mushrooms. Spray the mushrooms with olive oil and season to taste with rosemary. Roast the mushrooms in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve them with a scoop of guacamole in the center.
Chop up a head of lettuce, onion, tomato and any other veggies you’d like to include in your salad. Pair the salad vegetables with cooked large shrimp or large cocktail shrimp. Add a scoop of guac and viola!
