Remember pasta with pesto? I suppose you could find a good gluten free pasta to pair with this Paleo Pesto, but there are so many ways to use it, why bother? This classic Italian sauce is easily made paleo by omitting the parmesan cheese and we promise you won’t even miss it. Try spreading it over spaghetti squash, dousing it on burgers, or even as a veggie dip. Anywhere you would use a traditional pesto, you can use this Paleo version as well. The pungent garlic and fresh basil combine to make a delicious sauce that will perk up any meal.
