Five Great Bone Broth Flavor Infusions

Ultimate Anti-Inflammatory Broth

Ingredients
  1. 32 oz chicken bone broth
  2. 2” piece of fresh ginger
  3. 6 garlic cloves, sliced
  4. 1 T. turmeric powder or two pieces of fresh turmeric
  5. ½ t. cayenne or 1 t. whole black peppercorns (if tolerated)
  6. ½ c. chopped parsley
  7. 1 t. cloves
Instructions
  1. Simmer all of the above ingredients over low heat to infuse the flavor and anti inflammatory properties of each ingredient. Strain and serve hot.
  2. Can use as a soup base.
