Salmon cakes are a great way to incorporate more seafood into your diet. This recipe uses coconut flour rather than traditional white flour, making these paleo friendly and of course, gluten free.

Cilantro and Scallion Salmon Cakes with Sriacha Lime Mayo Sauce
Sustainable salmon, fresh scallions, cilantro and a few simple spices make for a delicious salmon cake recipe.

  1. 2 TBS OMghee for frying
  2. 1 can of Wild Planet Brand sustainably caught wild salmon
  3. 2 TBS chopped fresh cilantro
  4. 2-3 thinly sliced scallions
  5. 1 TBS coconut flour
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 tsp sea salt
  8. 1/4 tsp white pepper

Combine all ingredients (except for the ghee) in a bowl and mash well with a fork.
Form into 4 burger-like patties. Melt the ghee over med heat and cook patties until crispy on each side (approx 5 min per side).

A super easy recipe for the popular Sriracha-Lime mayo. This is also known as Yummy-Yummy Sauce

  1. 3 TBS of mayo in a bowl with a couple tsp of sriracha
  2. Juice from 1/2 a lime
  3. 1 tsp sea salt
  4. 1/4 tsp white pepper
  5. 2 TBS chopped cilantro
  1. Mix all ingredients with a small whisk and serve with the salmon cakes! Amazing!
