DIY Paleo Chocolate Pecan Bars Recipes
Toasted pecans, chopped dates, cacao powder, cherries and vanilla are combined to make a tasty pecan bar that goes well for breakfast or when you are on the go.

  1. 2 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  2. 1/4 cup cacao powder
  3. 15 large medjool dates, pits removed, soaked in warm water until soft
  4. 1/2 cup dried cherries
  5. 1 Tbs vanilla extract
  6. 1 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  1. Remove dates from water, Pulse dates and pecans in a food processor until combined.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse together until combined.
  3. Remove from processor using a spatula into 8x8 glass pan.
  4. Push down to a single, smooth layer.
  5. Place in freezer until set.
  6. Cut, eat, and enjoy.
