With our paleo hummus recipe, you won’t even miss them!  The pureed cauliflower gives the hummus a silky texture and the flavor is amazing thanks to tahini.  The bonus is that our hummus pairs well with anything you can find!  Try it with chicken, veggies, pork… whatever your heart desires.  

DIY Paleo Hummus Recipe
Fresh hummus made from cauliflower rather than chickpeas, making this recipe 100% paleo compliant.

  1. 1 head cauliflower, washed and cut into small pieces
  2. 8oz. Tahini
  3. 3-4 garlic cloves
  4. 2 lemons, juiced
  5. 2 tsp. ground cumin
  6. 1 tsp. sea salt
  1. Steam cauliflower until tender. Once it's tender, drain out any excess water.
  2. Sauté cauliflower in a pan until the cauliflower is drier.
  3. Using a food processor, blend the cauliflower, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, tahini and sea salt together until smooth.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
