It’s no mystery why the fanciest of fancy restaurants love to use duck fat for their potatoes. The taste is simply unparalleled to any other fat or oil when cooking tubers. Duck fat tends to make potatoes (and sweet potatoes alike) irresistibly crispy, as well.
This awesomely minimalist recipe lets the flavor of the sweet potatoes and duck fat shine. Aside from the sea salt, that’s all it calls for! This pairs perfectly with any meat dish or even as a classy upgrade from your everyday home fries at breakfast. Enjoy!
