Paleo Parmesan Cheese
This delicious topping adds something I missed when I switched to a Paleo way of eating.
The mixture of nutritional yeast, garlic and nuts tastes surprisingly like “Parmesan Cheese”. Sprinkle it on salads, noodles or anything you want. Taste a spoonful and you’ll really get the flavor of parmesan. It’s crazy! It is easy to make, so get the ingredients and keep a batch in the refrigerator for when you need a little flavor boost to your favorite dishes.
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 T. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until a fine powder is formed.
