Who doesn’t love chicken salad? It’s a simple, versatile dish that can be served on its own or on the side. It goes perfect with Chef Ann’s paleo flatbread (recipe found: here) This is a fairly basic (but, incredibly tasty) recipe, so feel free to experiment. Paleo Chicken Salad

  1. 1lb diced cooked chicken meat
  2. ½ cup paleo mayonnaise
  3. ½ cup finely diced celery
  4. ½ cup finely diced onion
  5. Sea salt and pepper to taste
  1. Mix first four ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
