Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream

  1. 2 cups coconut cream (chilled 12 hrs in refrigerator)
  2. 1/2 cup of canned pure pumpkin puree (chilled)
  3. 1/4 cup of honey
  4. 1 tsp of vanilla
  5. 1/4 tsp of mace
  6. 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  1. Chill mixture then pour into freezer bowl of an electric ice cream maker.
  2. Churn ice cream until desired consistency.
