What is Elastic Equivalent Training?
Elastic Equivalent Training (EET) focuses on increasing the body’s ability to produce both force and velocity. A maximum strength exercise is completed, followed immediately by an explosive movement for the same body part using little weight. We also continued to do cardio training and speed, agility, and quickness training.
