Today’s guest video from Michelle Richards.

Too often we get tunnel vision about our workouts. The workout has to be one of the Crossfit template WODs, bootcamp, or running. What if you just want to have fun yet be challenged? This is what I believe a “workout” should look like. Instead of working out, just play.

This video is an advanced version but stay tuned this week for the beginners template.
