Whether you already eat 100%  paleo or you are just starting to research healthier ways to live your life, there’s one thing we all need to survive: water. It’s also something many of us don’t get enough of. I think we could all benefit from fun, tasty, and nutritious ways to stay hydrated. Fruit and veggie infused waters are just that. 

Some claim that we are only dehydrated when we feel thirsty while others believe most of us are chronically parched without even knowing it. Regardless of what you believe, you probably think fruit is delicious. And, fruit infused waters are the perfect way to hydrate. The waters will contain the “essence” and flavor of the fruit without all the fructose. The coolest part about it (in my opinion) is that most of the nutrients will be find their way into the water.
