Golden Turmeric Latte
Inspired by the “Golden Smoothie” I’m addicted to at Kitchfix. I decided to shake up my norm with a little turmeric and honey. This similarly named Golden Latte has some added health benefits & a great, subtly sweet flavor.
- 8 oz of coffee
- 1 tbs coconut milk
- ½ tbs ghee (can sub in coconut oil)
- ½ tbs coconut oil
- 1 egg white
- ½ tbs honey
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 tbs collagen protein *Optional
- Combine all ingredients and blend (using stand-up or immersion blender) until well mixed and slightly foamy.
- Enjoy this while waking up and mentally preparing yourself to take on the world.
