Healthy Fats With Easy Paleo Guacamole
- 4 ripe avocados
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- ½ red onion
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tsp. salt
- Remove pits from avocados and scoop out of skins. Finely mince the tomatoes, jalapenos, and red onion. Chop the cilantro. Mash the avocados and add all the other ingredients, stirring well to combine.
