We can spend hours looking at Paleo Instagram posts per week, listen to a handful of paleo-related podcasts, talk about the lifestyle to our friends all we want. But, when it comes down to it, the least glamorous aspect is the part that is the single most important; having access to paleo food at all times. This means meal planning throughout the week. While it might not be the most fun thing to do, it’s the number one way to ensure you reach your goals. While paleo isn’t a religion (you’re allowed to make mistakes and stray off the diet), the more you reach for unhealthy options, the more likely you are to really fall off the bandwagon.
