‘It’s Shake and Bake, and I helped!’ was the tagline of a commercial I remember when I was little. The original product has been an American staple for decades, bringing oven fried chicken to the masses. But we’re Paleo on the Go and all the additives in the original simply will not do. We’ve created a clean, paleo version using only real food. This recipe makes a good amount of the mix so whatever you don’t use can be kept in the refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to make more. You can use this ‘Paleo Shake n Bake’ on any meat you choose; chicken, pork or fish!
