- 2 ½ cups cassava flour
- 1 cup lard
- ½ cup ice water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 oz peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 oz olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 6 oz paleo pizza dough*
- 3 oz POTG Creamy Alfredo Sauce
- Process ingredients in food processor until soft dough forms. Add more water if needed.
- Heat olive oil in sauté pan, add garlic and shrimp and sauté until just cooked. Chop shrimp into bite sized pieces. Roll out dough on parchment into thin disk. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and spread POTG Creamy Alfredo Sauce over the crust sprinkle with shrimp and return to the oven for a minute to heat through. Sprinkle with a little chopped basil or parsley if desired.
