Paleo Spaghetti with Meatballs Recipe
This pasta is one of our favorites. We use fresh, real food and make our noodles from zucchini rather than traditional pasta.

  1. 1lb. ground grain-free turkey
  2. 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  3. 1 cage-free egg
  4. 2 cloves, minced garlic
  5. 1 cup fresh basil pureed w/ 2tbsp. olive oil in food processor
  6. 1 tbsp. seasalt
  7. 2 zucchini- spiralized
  8. 2 tbsp. olive oil salt
  9. Pesto Cream Sauce
  10. 2 cups fresh basil
  11. 3 tbsp. minced garlic
  12. 2 tbsp. sea salt
  13. 2 cups coconut milk (14oz. can)
  1. Combine meatball mixture.
  2. Form into 2oz. balls and lay on sheet tray.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Simmer pesto ingredients together until thick and creamy.
  5. Sauté zucchini in olive oil briefly and remove to plate.
  6. Ladle sauce over noodles to taste, add cooked meatballs and serve.
