Paleo Sweet & Smoky Kielbasa Bites
- 1 Pederson’s Kielbasa, cut into 1/2” chunks
- 1 ½ cups tomato puree
- 2 cup honey
- ¼ cup molasses
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 t. dry mustard
- 3 t. smoked paprika
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. salt
- ½ cup water
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat, stirring frequently for a few minutes until thickened. Add Kielbasa chunks and simmer for 45 minutes to soak in flavor.
