But whereas a lot of “comfort food” is unhealthy, this meal is nutrient-dense. I love that you include some ground beef heart in this dish, yet you can’t taste it at all. So, people who are intimidated by organ meat can get this superfood in their diet, without sacrificing taste. The Mahi is a new menu offering, and I love the salsa topping. Wild caught seafood is filled with selenium and omega-3 fatty acids, both of which support autoimmune health. So, here you go again, combining great flavor with great health benefits. I could say the same about the rest of my picks. They’re delicious, nutritious and every bit as good as meals I make at home.
