- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut
- 1 tbsp. melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 12 oz. chocolate
- 2 tbsp. of honey
- pinch sea salt
- Blend coconut, oil, vanilla and salt until smooth.
- Melt chocolate.
- Spoon into wrapper to create the sides and bottom.
- Refrigerate to set.
- Put a small spoon of coconut filling on the top and smooth it out.
- Cover with more chocolate.
- Refrigerate to harden.
