Making your own salad dressings is one of easiest ways to drastically improve the quality of your diet. Unfortunately, if you buy store-bought they’re likely a huge source of toxic, cheap oils, neurotoxic MSG, corn syrup that you put into your body. This is why we decided to whip up our own paleo salad dressing recipe.
Even organic or “healthy” bottled dressings usually have canola or soybean oil which are so rancid, deodorizers need to be added.
Luckily, making dressings from scratch is SUPER easy. Below is a simple vinaigrette recipe from Chef Ann that you can alter by adding your own herbs and spices.

- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 cups extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup dijon mustard
- ½ cup honey
- Salt and pepper
- Blend with immersion blender to emulsify.
