If you’re looking to increase your strength beyond using your own body weight but don’t have the funds to invest in pricey weights, TRX straps or a barbell with plates, put resistance bands at the top of your shopping list. It’s possible to get three different bands for under $10. Not to mention, they are not bulky and will fit in a gym bag for easy transportation wherever you decide you’d like to workout.
