I love mushrooms. Did you know that there are more than 10,000 varieties of mushrooms? That’s a lot! There are approximately eight that are commonly available in markets in this country. Combining the different varieties of mushrooms made the flavor in this dish incredible. Adding fresh herbs and garlic all sautéed in Kelapo Ghee makes this a rich, flavorful and meaty tasting dish.

Honestly, I could have eaten a whole bowl of this and been completely satisfied. This would be great on its own as a side dish or served on top of a nice grilled ribeye or chicken. Better meal than you could get in a restaurant. See how many different mushrooms the stores you shop in carry then buy some of each and give this recipe a try, you can thank us later.
