The Only Mashed Cauliflower Recipe You’ll Ever Need
Ahhh. Mashed cauliflower. One of the most tried and true staples of the paleo world. The reason for this is because it’s strangely similar to mashed potatoes without being a nightshade or full of carbs. You can serve this as a side dish with nearly any paleo meal, including Paleo On The Go.
This particular recipe is super creamy and butter, which is how I like it. I used grass-fed butter in this recipe, but at Paleo On The Go, we use grass fed ghee as it offers the benefits of butter without the sometimes problematic lactose.
