The next amazing sauce recipe in our “Top 5 Paleo Sauces” series is Chimichurri! Chimichurri is an Argentine classic that is bold, bright, and flavorful. Our version uses fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice.

It is especially delicious on grilled steaks, but you can top fish, shrimp, chicken, or pork. It’s also a wonderful marinade.  

Simple Chimichurri

  1. 2 cups flat leaf parsley
  2. 2 cups cilantro
  3. 4 cloves of garlic
  4. Juice of half a lime
  5. 1 cup olive oil
  6. Sea salt
  1. Place parsley, cilantro, garlic lime juice and sea salt into food processor. Blend while drizzling olive oil into mixture.
  2. Serve over grilled meat.
