I know this smoothie isn’t likely to grab ahold of many people and make them say “YUM!”. Strangely enough, it is actually not that bad. With the banana, raspberry and lemon, the smoothie tastes pretty good. Regrettably some people (like me) have a hard time forgetting the raw liver blended in it. Uncle Dave's Paleo Liver Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup coconut cream
  2. ½ cup raspberries
  3. 1/2 banana
  4. 2 oz. frozen liver chopped
  5. 2 raw egg yolks
  6. Juice from half a lemon
  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  8. Pinch of sea salt
  9. ¼ cup honey
  10. 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until completely smooth.
