I’m a mom. I have 3 kids. To say that my personal and professional lives are “insane” is an understatement. So, I know that great meals need to be nutritious, delicious and also quick, easy and not take 45 ingredients that I don’t have on hand. 

 
A friend of mine sent me an email asking for my personal favorite simple meal. This is one that I can whip up quickly and always makes my family happy and it’s only 8 ingredients start to finish. 
 
Wild caught seafood is always my go to and here is why… variety, nutrient density, and the ability to go from frozen to the plate quickly without much planning. Our favorites include salmon and shrimp.
