Fries are awesome! And, Jicama Fries are no exception. Don’t know what jicama is? It’s a tuber found in Mexico that’s much more nutrient dense than your everyday potato. It’s super high in a few important vitamins like potassium and vitamin c while being relatively low in empty calories.
