What we have here is another delicious creation from Chef Ann and the POTG Test Kitchen. Did you ever have one of those 50/50 creamsicle popsicles when you were a kid? You know, the ones with vanilla ice cream in the middle with an orange flavored coating. Well the flavors of this dish will remind you of those. At least it did for me. Keep some in the refrigerator for those times you need a little something.
