The cross chop defines you. Well, it no-doubtedly defines your shoulder and hip stability. Much like my #1 fav stability exercise, The Turkish Get Up, once you have perfected the chop, you have qualified yourself for some serious progressions and work loads. This is a necessity for anyone entering into the strength world. Get to it- Chop Chop.
