Worcestershire sauce, the mysterious, umami-filled (and hard to pronounce) condiment can mostly be found in Caesar-dressings, bloody mary’s, and various sauces.
Its versatility in its ability to add a punch of savory flavor is why it’s so useful.

Unfortunately, the conventional version is completely non-paleo. It’s made with gluten and usually has preservatives.
We decided to make a Paleo version of Worcestershire sauce for a Caesar salad recipe, but feel free to use it in other ways (Ahem… paleo Bloody Mary anyone?)!
