Techniques on Perfecting Your Turkish Get up
One of the most classic exercises is the “Turkish Get Up.” Legend has it that early bodybuilders wouldn’t even train an apprentice until they could “get up” with at least 100 pounds. If it seems easy, you probably haven’t tried doing it before! In the video, Michelle shows the proper form which is incredibly important for this exercise.
