Try our recipe for Roasted Red Pepper Sauce. It only has two ingredients! Red bell peppers and sea salt. Roasting the peppers gives the sauce a great, smokey flavor that goes well with pork, chicken, or beef.
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Directions:
1. Blister the peppers under the broiler.
2. Place them in a bowl and cover them until they cool.
3. Peel off the skin and remove the seeds and stem.
4. Place the peppers in a food processor or use your immersion blender to process until smooth.
5. Add in some sea salt and blend.
