BEER CHEESE & PRETZELS (AIP)
Beer cheese? Say WHAT?! And pretzels? Yes you read that right. Chef Ann has worked her magic in the POTG Test Kitchen and created this “beer cheese” that is fully AIP compliant. And the pretzels are just what you hope they would be, doughy salty.
AIP BBQ PULLED CHICKEN SLIDER BISCUITS
The BBQ style sauce in this recipe creates a delicious tender pulled chicken that is perfect for this slider. The bonus here is the AIP biscuit recipe
AIP MOLASSES BBQ WINGS
It seems that everyone loves wings and there are thousands of recipes out there, but are they AIP compliant? Well this one is and boy are they good. Great to serve at party’s, for watching the game or just relaxing watching TV.
AIP ASIAN BEEF & VEGETABLE STIR FRY
I have to tell you, I was impressed how quickly you can have this dish on the table. And you will be impressed with how tasty it is. We made up a large batch and it quickly disappeared and I am sure it will in your house too!

Mmmmmm tacos, yummy tacos. I dream of tacos, don’t you? I grew up in Southern California and have enjoyed many tacos in my life, especially fish tacos. These tacos are AIP and tasty.
AIP PULLED PORK SLIDER ON SWEET POTATO BUN
Pulled pork is such a versatile delicious dish. You can serve it so many ways. Chef Ann developed this recipe in the POTG Test Kitchen using the Instant Pot. If you haven’t tried one, they are worth it. The speed that this pulled pork came together is amazing. And those biscuits? YUM!
Smores, Yes Smores (AIP)
Many people have fond memories of camping trips and making s’mores around the campfire, if you didn’t go camping I know people who made them by the fireplace at home. Regardless of where or when they were made, everybody loves them. Now you can make them from scratch. And fully AIP compliant to boot! I was always curious how graham crackers were made, now I know!
Peach Cobbler (AIP)
Peach Cobbler is one of those classic spring/summertime desserts. I love how the crust gets all chewy and delicious. Just because this recipe is compliant doesn’t mean you don’t get that. This Peach Cobbler (AIP) is really good, especially served with the Coconut Vanilla Ice Cream (recipe in blog post below)
FRESH BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE (AIP)
Another great dessert from the POTG Test Kitchen. Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits, I eat a lot of them. This crumble is a great use for blueberries. I made it at home and served it with some coconut vanilla ice cream on top. Oh yeah!
