While we do offer pre-made paleo chicken wings delivered here, we wanted to hook you up with some extra DIY recipes in time for the Super Bowl. These paleo chicken wing recipes were crafted by our own Chef Ann and were all taste-tested by the POTG team. Let’s just say, they didn’t last very long around here. 

Paleo Teriyaki Wings

Ingredients
  1. 3lb Chicken Wings
Marinade
  1. 1 cup coconut aminos
  2. ½ cup honey
  3. 5 cloves garlic minced
  4. 2 T. chopped fresh ginger
  5. 2/3 cup water
  6. 1 tsp. sea salt
  7. ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over wings in a roasting pan,
  3. stirring to coat evenly.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour. Remove wings from marinade,
  5. and lay out on a rack over a sheet tray.
  6. Increase oven to 450.
  7. Roast in a the 450 oven until brown and crispy.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Paleo Mojo Wings

Ingredients
  1. 3lb Chicken Wings
Marinade
  1. 1 cup Olive oil
  2. ½ cup lime juice
  3. 1 cup orange juice
  4. 1 tsp. dry oregano
  5. 1 tsp. sea salt
  6. ½ cup chopped onion
  7. 6 garlic cloves, minced
  8. ¼ cup fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Puree all of the marinade ingredients.
  2. Reserve half the marinade, and marinate the wings in the other half of the marinade for at least an hour up to overnight.
  3. Lay wings out on a parchment lined sheet tray and bake at 400 for 25-35 minutes until completely done.
  4. Meanwhile put reserved marinade into a sauce pan and reduce it to a half cup.
  5. When wings are finished cooking, toss them in this reduced marinade for extra flavor.

Paleo Dry Rub Wings

Ingredients
  1. 3lb Chicken Wings
Rub
  1. 1 T. chili powder
  2. 1 T. smoked paprika
  3. 1 T. cumin
  4. 1 t. cayenne
  5. 2 T. garlic powder
  6. 1 T. mustard powder
  7. 2 T. salt
  8. 1 T. black pepper
  9. _____
  10. 1 cup of olive oil
Instructions
  1. Put all the dry rub ingredients into a shaker and stir well to combine.
  2. Toss wings in the olive oil and spread out on a parchment lined sheet tray.
  3. Shake the dry rub mixture evenly over them.
  4. Bake in a 400 oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove and sprinkle on another layer of dry rub. Return them to the oven for another 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.

Mango Habanero Wings

Sauce
  1. 3 mangoes peeled chopped and pureed in blender until smooth, adding water as needed to reach a pourable consistency.
  2. 1 habanero pepper seeded and chopped
  3. 1 T. honey
  4. ¼ cup Frank’s hot sauce
  5. 1/3 cup ghee
Instructions
  1. Cook mango puree with other ingredients, reducing it down by half.
  2. Heat oven to 400 and lay wings out on parchment lined sheet tray.
  3. Bake wings for 25-35 minutes until golden.
  4. Toss wings with mango sauce.

Marinade
  1. 1 onion, chopped
  2. 2/3 cup scallions, sliced
  3. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  4. ½ tsp. dry thyme
  5. 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  6. 1 ½ tsp. allspice
  7. ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  8. ½ tsp. cinnamon
  9. ½ cup minced jalapenos
  10. 1 tsp. black pepper
  11. 2 tsp. hot sauce
  12. 2 T. coconut aminos
  13. ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. Puree all marinade ingredients in blender until smooth. Marinate wings in the marinade for
