Four Great Recipes Using POTG Nomato Sauce
Our chef has been working to show the versatility of our Nomato Sauce. What is Nomato? It’s a meticulously crafted sauce that tastes a LOT like tomato sauce without any tomatoes or nightshades. Just because you follow an Autoimmune Protocol Diet doesn’t mean you have to do without classic dishes that are traditionally made with tomatoes. Don’t be put off by the bright color, that comes from the beets which are the base of the sauce. Interestingly, the bright color of the beet base turns to more of a marinara color when cooked.
