Homemade Paleo Mayonnaise

Plus, when it’s made with quality eggs and non-inflammatory oil, it’s a nutrient powerhouse. There are so many ways to use mayo. I think we get stuck using it in just the same ways, spread some on a slice of bread and add some sliced meats. But it is also great for cooking chicken, making delicious sauces and so much more.

Homemade Mayonnaise
Fresh and homemade from simple real food ingredients such as olive oil, eggs, lemon juice and dijon mustard.
