Did your mom make you Cream of Wheat for breakfast when you were a kid? Personally I never had it until I was an adult. This comfort food classic is made from ground wheat kernels, and therein lies the problem for many people. For many people a hot bowl cereal for breakfast conjures up warm memories of childhood and a mothers love. But as we’ve grown up many have developed Autoimmune disorders, or have switched to a Paleo lifestyle and can’t or no longer eat wheat products. Then along came Chef Ann with her recipe for Paleo “Cream of Wheat”. You can make this hot breakfast quickly, the texture is very similar to the real thing and will satisfy that craving for hot cereal. Give it a try!
We have some great breakfast items on our menu if you don’t have time to cook in the morning, Paleo and AIP options. Check them out here Paleo on the Go Breakfasts
