Strawberry & Sage Agua Fresca
Light & slightly sweet agua fresca with fresh strawberry, cucumber & sage!

Ingredients
  1. 1 strawberry
  2. 2 cucumber slices
  3. 4 fresh sage leaves
  4. 1.5oz ginger beer
  5. ½ cup ice
  6. soda water
  7. 1.5oz 100% agave tequila *Optional
Add Later
  1. 2 strawberry slices
  2. 1 cucumber slice
Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the sage, 2 cucumber slices, whole strawberry & tequila (if including.) Use a strainer to pour into your cocktail glass.
  2. Fill glass 1/2 way with ice. Place 2 strawberry slices & 1 cucumber slice on the ice. Add in your ginger beer and top with soda water. Stir and serve. Garnish with another slice of strawberry & cucumber if you like!
